We have the privilege of sending our young people to Newday in a few days' time, from Monday 01 August to Saturday 06 August.
Newday is one of the largest Christian events for young people in the UK - gathering thousands of teenagers every year!
We want to call us as a church family to each pick a day where we commit to praying and fasting for our young people.
Why?
for them to encounter jesus
Please pray for our young people to encounter Jesus and meet with God afresh while they're away. We long for them to know wholeness and freedom in Him!
for a real sense of love and unity as they're away
Many of our young people have never been to Newday before, because of the last few years of the pandemic, so this is all a new, and daunting, experience.
Please pray that our young people would feel comfortable, settle quickly, and that there would be real love for one another as a group while they're away.
