Why should I give?
Christians should reflect God's extravagant generosity; having hearts that ask how much we can give rather than how little. Giving can be costly, but whatever stage of life you're in, Jesus tells us, 'it is more blessed to give than to receive.'
Everything we have belongs to God and we're only looking after what He's given us. Many people who are part of Gateway give generously and regularly, something that's hugely encouraging because faith-filled giving enables the disadvantaged to be cared for, the gospel to be preached, and believers to be strengthened.
If you consider yourself to be part of the Gateway family, it's with this in mind that we'd encourage you to give generously in proportion to your income, prayerfully considering your giving to see if you can take another step:
We know that your personal circumstances will affect how or if you are able to give. It's important that you never feel under any obligation to give - only give out of what you have.
For more information on how we will process donations and Gift Aid declarations you make, read our Privacy Notice.
What about Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a government initiative which means that, if you're a UK taxpayer, Gateway can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give - at no extra cost to you!
You can grab a printed Gift Aid Declaration Form on a Sunday gathering. However, the simplest way to complete a Gift Aid Declaration is by filling out the online form - so just hit the button below.
How do I give?
There are many ways you can give at Gateway:
Standing Order
We encourage regular giving by standing order as this minimises costs and helps with our planning.
If it's helpful, hit the button below to download a Standing Order Form. Just fill it out and send it off to your bank.

text message
Text 'GCS give 25' (or any other amount) to 60777.
Just add a 'w' or 'm' to make it a weekly or monthly donation (e.g. 'GCS give 25w').
sunday
We don't tend to take a weekly offering as part of our Sunday gatherings, but you can still give on a Sunday.
There is an information point at the back of the main room. You can use the envelopes provided to give with cash or cheque (payable to 'Gateway Church Swindon'). If you're a UK taxpayer, please put your name and address on the envelope, and make sure you've completed a Gift Aid declaration. Then just post it into the black postbox.
Additionally, you can give by card - either by PIN or contactless.
