The Marriage Course is a 7-week course for any couple who want to invest in their relationship, whether you have been together 1 or 61 years, married or cohabiting and whether you have a strong relationship or are struggling.

There is never any group work and you will never be asked to share anything about your relationship with anyone other than your partner!

When and where does The Marriage Course take place?

The Marriage Course runs every January & September at Gateway Church Swindon.

The next Marriage Course will run in September 2012.

Each course can take up to twelve couples, and whether ‘newly weds’ or ‘old hats’, The Marriage Course is a great investment of time to help in growing a strong marriage.

The Marriage Course is open to anyone whether you attend Gateway or not.

What’s included?

The evenings start with drinks and delicious puddings, followed by practical talks that are encouraging and engaging whilst giving you plenty of space for discussion with your partner.

About the Course

The Marriage Course was developed by Nicky and Sila Lee, co-authors of The Marriage Book and The Parenting Book. They have been married for over thirty years, have four children and are on the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton – the London church that started the Alpha course. They started The Marriage Preparation Course in 1985 and The Marriage Course in 1996, and the courses continue to spread with thousands of courses now running around the world.

The Marriage Course talks are presented by DVD talks featuring Nicky and Silla.

The talks are interspersed with filmed clips of couples talking about their experiences of marriage and street interviews from around the world.

Over seven sessions of the course you will discover practical tools to help you:
